What is Periodisation.?? In simple terms, it’s the strategic adjustment of your training program every few weeks to keep your body progressing. If you’re doing the same workout for too long without changes your body adapts, and the results will slow down. With periodisation we make changes every 4 weeks to keep your body challenged and moving forward, which we have found to be the sweet spot for helping clients achieve great results faster.We also track your progress closely, adjusting not just your workouts but your nutrition as well, it’s critical that your nutrition aligns with your training to avoid unwanted outcomes like losing muscle though the process, gaining fat, low energy or creating hormonal imbalance (which we don’t want). Many programs neglect this, but we make sure to customize and periodize both your workouts and nutrition to allow you to continue to progress.
We will cut through the noise and confusion by giving you a clear personalised training and nutrition plan based on what works best for you, so there will be no more need for second guessing whether you’re doing the right thing.
3. Struggling to stay motivated.
The first week of any program feels great, but then life happens, busy days at work, stressful duties from home, lack of sleep, busy life with kids, and suddenly your motivation slips, and you find yourself falling back into old habits, and we get back to the old saying.
