How To Use My Macro Calculator


Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Macros Calculator

Step 1: Enter Your Weight

In the "Weight (kg)" input field, enter your current weight in kilograms. For example, if you weigh 70 kg, type "70" in the box.

Step 2: Enter Your Height

In the "Height (cm)" input field, enter your height in centimeters. For example, if you are 175 cm tall, type "175" in the box.

Step 3: Enter Your Age

In the "Age" input field, enter your age in years. For example, if you are 30 years old, type "30" in the box.

Step 4: Select Your Activity Level

From the "Activity Level" dropdown menu, choose the option that best describes your level of physical activity (the activity level you plan to do while following this plan).

Step 5: Click the "Calculate" Button

Once you have filled in all the required fields, click the "Calculate" button at the bottom of the form.

Step 6: Select Your Nutrition Goal

Choose a nutrition goal based on whether you want to maintain, lose, or gain weight.

Step 7: Choose Your Macro Split

Select the "40% Carbs, 40% Protein, 20% Fats" option for your macronutrient split.

Step 8: View Your Results

After clicking the "Calculate" button, the calculator will display your results under the "Results" section.
