Is the program conducted online or in person?

Our program is flexible to suit your preferences. You can choose between online coaching, which allows you to train from anywhere, or in-person sessions at our gym. Both options provide the same level of personalized attention and expert guidance.

What tools or resources will I have access to?

You’ll receive access to a comprehensive app where all your workouts, progress tracking, and meal plans will be available. The app also includes video demonstrations and a messaging feature for instant support. Plus, you’ll have 24/7 support from me, your coach, and our dedicated team to ensure you’re never alone on your journey.

What kind of results can I expect, and can I get a refund if I no longer want the program?

What kind of results can I expect, and can I get a refund if I no longer want the program? The results you can expect depend on your goals, starting point, and level of commitment. Many participants experience noticeable improvements in strength, energy, and body composition within the first few weeks. By the end of 12 weeks, clients often achieve significant weight loss, improved muscle tone, and long-term lifestyle changes for better health and fitness.

If you decide to cancel the program, we do offer refunds. However, refunds are only available if the program has been used for less than four weeks. After four weeks of active use, refunds are no longer applicable. This ensures fairness while encouraging participants to stay committed to their transformation journey.

How are the workouts and meal plans customized to my needs?

Before starting the program, we’ll conduct a thorough consultation to understand your current fitness level, dietary preferences, and health goals. Based on this, we’ll design a workout plan and macronutrient-based meal plan that align with your unique needs. Plans are adjusted throughout the program to ensure continuous progress.
